2. Curriculum Overview

The Air Traffic Management major provides specialized education for those aspiring to become air traffic controllers, airline operations managers, and airport operators. The program includes an Air Traffic Control Training Center, designated as a specialized education institution by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport, which trains civilian air traffic controllers in accordance with the standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). In response to evolving trends in the air traffic sector, such as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and urban air mobility (UAM), the program also emphasizes education and research in Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies, including software and artificial intelligence to ensure that graduates are well-prepared to meet the demands of modern air traffic management.
